Our biomechancal assessment is designed to identify any musculoskeletal and postural problems that can cause foot, ankle, back, knee and hip pain.
Once assessed many biomechanical problems can be treated with prescription insoles together with a tailored rehabilitation plan.
The cost for a basic biomechanical assessment is £50 and lasts for 40 minutes. Any insoles required will be at an additional cost.
Diabetic Screening
Anybody with diabetes should have their feet checked annually.
During this appointment the podiatrist will check the blood circulation and your light touch sensations within your feet. Any loss of sensations will increase the risk of an ulcer and therefore a management plan will be put in place whereby your feet are checked more regularly.
Do you suffer with painful, inflamed or ingrowing toe nails?
We are able to offer nail surgery for ingrowing toenails that have not responded well to conservative treatments. This treatment is only available after your initial assessment to determine your suitability for this treatment.
